博士生导师,为陈志南院士北京交通大学团队负责人。协助陈院士指导5名博士毕业。

  长期关注肿瘤微环境中多种间质细胞,如成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞等在肺癌、结肠癌和肝癌发生发展中的作用及分子机制。利用多种转基因及基因敲除小鼠,采用多种肿瘤模型,结合临床研究:

1)结肠炎和结肠癌发生发展的分子机制:炎症因子在炎-癌转变中的作用及分子机制;

2)肝纤维化、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝癌发生发展的分子机制。

3)免疫细胞代谢对肿瘤发生发展的调控。

4)免疫抑制分子抗肿瘤免疫的分子机制。

  在Cancer ResearchCell ReportsJournal of PathologyCell Research等杂志以第一/通讯发表SCI论文近30篇。近5年发表19篇,其中16IF>5,2IF>10。主持国家科技部 “973”子课题1项,国家自然科学基金6项,JW 2项,北京自然科学基金2项。
