教育背景

王海波,北京交通大学教授、博导,宽带无线移动通信研究所副所长

上海交通大学学士,丹麦奥尔堡大学硕士、博士.

美国佐治亚理工访问学者(2008);新加坡科技与设计大学访问学者(2016-2017)。

主要研究方向为面向6G智能机器的大规模群体协同关键技术,其中包含人工智能机器的通信计算联合优化、海量机器的接入技术、分布式联邦学习与区块链等。

担任SCI 期刊 Digital Communications and Networks (An2区)编委,权威期刊IEEE Journal of Selected Areas, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Internet of Things Journal 等评审。

欧美同学会青年企业家协会委员,广东省国测数字经济科学研究院顾问专家。


       


工作经历

依托北京交通大学全国重点实验室,聚焦于无线MAC层关键技术研究,包括但不限于:


* AI+无线通信:用机器学习、最优化理论、博弈论等对无线网络进行联合优化,用大语言模型LLM探索最优创新技术路线

* 6G中海量人工智能机器的MAC层接入/资源分配机制

* 面向垂直行业的工业互联网:超级高铁物联网、车联网、机器人/AGV网络

本人曾在加拿大企业Nortel Networks、爱立信丹麦研发中心等企业任职,在国外学习、工作约7年,到过20多个国家,因此本课题组理论与实践并重,注重培养国际化视

野。与华为、中电科、诺基亚、深圳大数据研究院等单位保持密切合作,与新加坡科技与设计大学Tony Quek (IEEE fellow)教授/院长、6G专家/IEEE fellow Merouane 

Debbah教授、美国哥伦比亚大学区块链专家李崇教授,以及英国、丹麦、瑞典、芬兰等大学知名教授保持长期合作关系,鼓励并推荐研究生赴国外高校访问交流,开拓视

科研项目

         承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技重大专项、国家863计划项目等多项学术前沿课题,近5年项目如下:

国家自然科学基金“面上”项目,超级高铁物联网的特高可靠极低时延侧链路通信理论与技术研究, 合同金额 61.9万,主持;

* 国家自然科学基金“重点”项目,面向未来移动通信的低功耗安全智慧物联网系统关键技术研究合同金额 290万,参加;

基本科研业务费重大项目,后5G智慧物联中面向物理与链路层关键技术研究合同金额 300万,参加;

* 国网电力研究院,电力大数据基础体系架构及部分关键技术研究与应用,合同金额 120万主持;

* 自然基金面上项目,基于随机几何和社交网络理论的D2D通信技术研究,合同金额82万,主持;
* 教育部高校基本科研业务费重点课题,面向5G的低功耗巨连接关键技术研究,合同金额105万元,参加;

* 国家重大专项(民口),5G低功耗深覆盖海量连接技术方案与试验系统研发,合同金额85万元,参加。

人才培养:

      教学方面,充分利用在丹麦留学时所接受的“面向项目的学习方法”(Problem-based Learning, PBL)和在企业多年工作中积累的“面向团队合作的工作方式”开展教学,以便让学生今后能够为进入企业、走上工程技术岗位进行无缝衔接。PBL的教育方式是模拟解决一个实际问题、组织管理方式与企业的项目高度接近,培养的是学生们制定可行的目标、通过自主地协商进行项目进度管理、任务分解、彼此协作乃至于建设性对抗的能力,同时打破学科或专业课程的界限,主动学习课外知识以便完成项目,并在不同学科知识的综合运用中培养创造性思维

      研究生培养方面,注重培养学生独立做科研的能力,坚持让学生做论文的第一作者以及到学术会议上做英文学术报告。2020届硕士生郑仁军以第一作者发表了通信顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications论文(SCI,中科院1区,详见论文列表), 2017届硕士贺建章发表了IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology(SCI,中科院2区)并获得2017届北京市优秀毕业生称号。

      研究生就业去向:中信证券(量化投资部)、兴业银行金融科技公司、中国人民银行、招商银行、中国银行、华为、爱立信、网易、百度、爱奇艺等
