Professional Experience

Qixin He was born on September 22, 1992. He received his BS degree and PhD degree in Electronic & Information Engineering and Electrical Circuit & System from Jilin University, PR China, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. During 2016 to 2018, he was a visiting PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University (Rice University Laser Science Group). He has served at School of Science, Beijing Jiaotong University as lecturer since 2018. His research focuses on the optical measurement technology and laser spectroscopy based trace gas sensor systems.

Research Field

Dr. He's research mainly focuses on photoelectric detection and photoelectric sensing. Topics of interest include cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy, wavelength modulation spectroscopy, faraday rotation spectroscopy, wheelset size measurement based on structured light, railway wheel flat detection and so on.
