主要研究兴趣:知识图谱、图学习与多模态学习等AI算法设计以及医学网络关系预测与智能辅助诊疗等应用研究。
科研情况:课题组已在人工智能顶级期刊会议(AAAI等)以及医工交叉顶级期刊会议(NAR、BIB、Bioinformatics、JAMIA、IEEE JBHI、Phytomedicine、IEEE-ACM TCBB、IEEE BIBM)上发表论文50余篇。
