主要聚焦电力系统安全韧性领域。受气候变化和国际形势动荡影响,极端事件发生频率和强度增加,给电力系统安全带来严峻挑战,提升电力系统应对极端事件的韧性(Resilience)刻不容缓。韧性电网(Resilient Power Grid)是指能够全面、快速、准确感知电网运行态势,协同内外部资源,对各类扰动做出主动预判与积极预备,主动防御,快速恢复,并能自我学习和持续提升的电网。韧性电网具备 6 个关键特征,即应变力、防御力、恢复力、感知力、协同力和学习力。课题组针对韧性电网基础理论和韧性提升关键技术开展深入研究,研究内容包括(但不限于):

电力系统预防抵御与极限生存;

源网荷储协同的快速应急恢复;

韧性城市:城市电网与其他生命线系统(天然气、供水、通信、交通等)耦合分析与协同韧性;

新型电力系统韧性提升的理论基础:未来新型电力系统的动态特性将由同步机和电力电子共同主导,且可再生能源气候风险显著增加,针对新型电力系统中异构多源同步运行机理、多时空尺度源荷平衡机制等开展研究,为我国新型电力系统安全韧性水平提升提供理论支持。
