范国芳,北京交通大学,教授/博士生导师。
2007年,博士毕业于天津大学;
2007年加入德国paul-drude固体电子研究所,从事硅光子芯片关键技术研究;
2008年加入法国科学研究中心从事光电集成芯片的路由技术研究;
2011年加入中国科学院理化技术研究所;
2016年加入北京交通大学。
2016年10月-至今 北京交通大学

2008年09月-2010年09月 法国科学研究中心(CNRS)

研究生将会在国内相关单位(中科院微电子所,保利集团下属公司)进行半导体加工等合作研究工作,能为优秀研究生推荐至国外研究机构进一步深造。
研究方向:光子芯片设计、加工及应用,5G/6G光通信网络及关键器件,3D成像关键模块,集成光电子器件等。
就业去向:就业前景良好,包括:部委事业单位、央企(大唐、兴唐、中国农业银行、中国电科等)、公司(美团、华为等)。
关于实习:在完成自己科研计划后,暑假可以有计划安排实习。
