清华大学学士、清华大学硕士、美国弗吉尼亚理工大学(Virginia Tech)博士。
在无线通信领域有二十余年国内外(中国、美国)学习与科研工作经历,在前沿交叉研究领域---“认知无线电与智能通信系统”有十多年的持续研究,在国际上率先提出无线环境图(Radio Environment Map, REM)的概念以及基于REM的认知无线通信系统,无线环境图(REM)已经被国际电信联盟ITU-R、IEEE、ETSI等国际标准化组织的技术文件所采纳,并被应用在国内外多个科研项目之中。国外同行专家(2013年12月)在国际权威期刊IEEE Communication Magazine发表题为“Radio environment map as enabler for practical cognitive radio networks”的文章,无线环境图(REM)被高度评价为实现认知无线网络的关键使能模块。
参编国际上第一部系统全面介绍认知无线电技术的专著《Cognitive Radio Technology》,出版专著《认知软件无线电系统》, 2009年在SCI一区期刊Proceedings of the IEEE上发表特邀论文,有三篇第一作者论文被选为2012年美国总统科技咨询委员会给美国奥巴马总统报告“Report To The President - Realizing the Full Potential of Government-Held Spectrum to Spur Economic Growth”《充分利用政府频谱资源,刺激经济增长》的参考文献,论文总引用次数超过1250次,最高单篇论文引用次数超过200次,有40余项(美国、中国)授权发明专利及专利申请。常年担任国际权威学术期刊及学术会议的审稿人,担任国际无线创新论坛无线环境图任务组负责人,受邀担任SCIE源刊-China Communications 编委、《通信与信息网络》(Journal of Communications and Information Networks)英文期刊首届编委, 国家级奖励评审专家。受邀担任第12届及第14届国际认知无线电网络大会(CROWNCOM2017、CROWNCOM2019)组委会成员。
主要科研工作包括以下几个方面:
承担国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863计划项目、教育部博士点基金(优先发展领域)项目、国际合作研究项目、教育部重点实验室开放基金、北京市自然科学基金等多项前沿研究项目,着重开展以下研究工作:
* 新一代(B5G、6G)无线通信系统架构与关键技术研究: 毫米波大规模天线系统、超密集网络、非正交接入、动态频谱共享等
* 认知(智能)无线通信系统研究开发:人工智能(机器学习)认知机理研究、算法设计、系统仿真与性能分析
* 认知(智能)无线通信系统实验平台:基于软件无线电的认知无线通信原型系统研制、性能测试或验证
* 无线信道综合测试仪:原型研制与性能优化
* (高速铁路、地铁、城铁等) 轨道交通环境下无线信道测量、建模及应用
* (大规模天线系统、D2D、V2X、IoT) 复杂场景下无线信道特性测量、建模及应用
