教育背景

1986年7月毕业于安徽医科大学临床医学专业,获医学学士学位,1994年7月毕业于安徽医科大学基础医学院免疫学专业,获免疫学硕士学位,2001年7月毕业于中国疾病预防控制中心,获医学博士学位,2004年10月至2005年10月加拿大多伦多大学访问学者。




工作经历

         1986年7月起至2006年10月 历任安徽医科大学基础医学院微生物与免疫学学教研室助教、讲师、副教授和教授,主要从事微生物学及免疫学教学及科研工作。

         2006年11月至今 任北京交通大学理学院教授、理学院生命科学与生物工程研究院常务副院长,主要从事生物学科建设及生物学的教学和科研工作。

        一直从事病毒新型疫苗和神经退行性疾病免疫治疗研究,主持十二五传染病重大专项1项,承担十二五新药创制重大专项1项。主持国家自然科学基金资助项目6项,主持北京市自然科学基金和教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金资助项目各1项,承担十一五”863计划疫苗与抗体工程重大项目抗心脑血管凝血抗炎及抗病毒感染单抗药物的研制及应用子课题1项。同时主持与企业合作开展的研发项目2 以通讯或第一作者发表论文100篇,SCI论文40篇。获得授权国家发明专利10转让1项发明专利。 

       主要研究领域:

一、腺病毒载体疫苗及RNA病毒减毒活疫苗

1)建立了RSV候选疫苗的减毒活性评价、系统及黏膜免疫效果、保护作用和机制研究平台;

(2)建立人血清稀有型和非人灵长类肠道腺病毒基因组克隆及拯救平台发现以腺病毒为载体的重组RSV疫苗,经滴鼻途径免疫小鼠能诱导产生有效的免疫保护作用;

(3)建立了RSV病毒全基因组cDNA克隆及重组病毒拯救平台,以RSV Long株为亲本,成功拯救获得了可表达绿色荧光蛋白(EGFP)的重组RSV,以及分别携带cpcpts、cptsdeltaSH和deltaM2-2等携带减毒和基因缺失联合突变的减毒病毒,并完成了体内外系统研究;

(4)建立了以重组腺病毒-Vero细胞为表达系统的、RSV哺乳动物细胞病毒样颗粒(VLP)制备平台,并完成了体内外系统研究;

二、阿尔茨海默病

(5)建立了可用于脑脊液和血液中A beta42诊断的双抗体夹心ELISA诊断试剂盒,发现一个中国家族性AD存在的APPK724M突变,该突变影响APP在细胞内的代谢,能产生更高水平的A beta42,是导致早发型FAD的致病因子。
