科研工作

研究兴趣:主要关注如何利用机器学习方法,结合图像处理技术,从海量医学图像数据中获取有效信息
研究案例1. 基于脑网络特征,采用弹性网方法对个体年龄进行回归预测(发表在NeuroImage, 1区)
研究案例2. 采用聚类方法,对脑动态功能网络进行状态划分,进而分析脑网络动态特性与脑老化的关系(发表在NeuroImage, 1区)
研究案例3. 采用最短路径长度、节点效率、节点介数等复杂网络参数分析脑网络的非对称性(发表在NeuroImage, 1区) 
研究案例4. 提取多视角脑网络特征,结合连接注意力机制,实现个体脑龄/智商预测(博士生一作,发表在Cognitive Computation,2/3区)
研究案例5. 提出一种基于流形的无监督度量学习算法,实现在监督和半监督场景下的分类/回归(2020级硕士生一作,发表在Biomedical Signal Processing and Control,2/3区)
研究案例6. 引入对比学习技术,结合幅值驱动的数据增强策略,实现个体认知参数预测(2021级硕士生一作,发表在MICCAI 2023,医学图像处理顶会,Early Accept)
研究案例7. 引入孪生网络,结合节点卷积技术,解决基于脑功能网络进行个体化认知参数解码所面临的训练样本量不足的问题(2021级硕士生一作,发表在IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics,1区)

目前具体开展2个方面的研究工作:

1. 脑图像分析:主要关注在样本量受限的情况下,如何基于高维脑影像数据,结合有效策略 (小样本学习、迁移学习、无监督学习、复杂网络分析、时频表征等) 开展脑疾病诊断及个体化认知参数预测。(国家自然科学基金支持,2023.1--2026.12)
2. 脊椎图像分析:主要关注如何基于脊椎图像,结合有效的图像分割、地标检测等方法(涉及多视角融合、弱监督学习、多任务建模、多模态融合等),智能检测脊椎组件,进而开展手术智能规划,最终完成当前AI Spine软件包的升级,实现与云平台的对接。(国家重点研发计划支持,2022.11--2025.10)
