教育背景：
2006年9月-2010年7月 北京交通大学物流管理与工程专业博士毕业，获管理学博士学位。
自2000年以来任职于北京交通大学经济管理学院，2008年晋升为副教授， 2015年晋升为教授。
2016年开始获得产业经济学博生招生资格。

教学工作
主要从事面向国际化经济管理人才能力培养的双语教学体系建设和改革，近三年主持和参加双语教学教改课题6项，教改成果主要有：主编、出版双语教材一册，并获得2009年北京市精品教材立项；摸索并总结出双语教学过程的双向式目标、四阶段论、五步磨合法等一系列特色突出的双语教学方法，且完成了相关验证性教学实验；设计了体现双语特色的多元化教学实践活动；编制了与教材配套的全英文的教学大纲、电子课件、授课教案、实践指导，且开发了本课程的双语教学网站和学生网络学习平台；代表北京交通大学参加北京市第八届青年教师讲课比赛获得三等奖，获得北京交通大学教学竞赛和学院教学竞赛一等奖;以第一作者发表双语教学论文7篇，获得优秀校级教学成果奖2项，优秀双语教学大纲1项、优秀教案奖1项。双语教学效果获得辛辛那提大学双语教学研究专家，语言学博士生导师Gulbahar H. Bechett教授和美国蒙特克莱尔大学语言学院Mary Call教授和Aihua Li教授的积极评价
