个人简介

    1988年和1991年获电子科技大学学士和硕士学位,1994年获西南交通大学博士学位。1996年北京交通大学博士后出站后任副教授,1999年任北京交通大学教授。于1999.1-2000.6去香港城市大学电子工程系工作,2002.7-2003.7去新加坡国立大学Temasek实验室工作。主持国家973项目课题、国家重点研发计划课题,国家863、国家自然基金重点、国家杰出青年基金、国家自然基金联合基金重点等10多项国家和省部级项目。提出了有限大物体发射率求解方法,发展了漏泄同轴电缆理论,在小型宽带、超宽带天线以及天线散射等方面取得了创新性成果;为我国漏泄同轴电缆的自主设计、生产作出了贡献。在本领域权威期刊和重要国际会议发表系列学术论文,获多项授权国家发明专利已培养博士19人,硕士64人,在读博士生10人,硕士生9人,(本人亲自指导的学生数)

    获四川省科技进步一等奖、第七届詹天佑铁道科技青年奖、霍英东高校青年教师奖、“北京市优秀教师”等奖励和称号2008年获得国家杰出青年基金资助,2009年至2011年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授,2009入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,2013年获得政府特殊津贴。现为中国电子学会电波传播分会委员,中国电子学会微波分会委员,《电波科学学报》编委。

    研究方向:移动通信射频前端及天线,面向AI应用的智能化天线及系统,复杂环境电波传播,漏波天线及漏泄波导,超表面时域及频域散射,(目前研究经费充足,研究条件较好;近年来本人名下研究生录取竞争不强,名下学生除极少数录取时就讲明由联合导师协助指导外,均由本人亲自全程指导)
