教育背景

1992毕业于陕西师范大学获计算机科学理学学士，1995毕业于北方交通大学获计算机应用工学硕士，2009毕业于北京交通大学获管理学博士。自1995年以来，在北京交通大学从事信息管理与信息系统学科的教学和科研工作，期间在美国、澳大利亚、荷兰等高校进行访问。

工作经历

中国信息经济学会常务理事，中国管理案例研究会管理案例研究专业委员会委员，国际协同网络协会（SOCOLNET – Society of Collaborative Networks）委员。主要研究方向为：数字化转型、智能协同网络组织、Human-AI协同、数据治理、协同风险预控等。近年来，主持、参加国家、省部级相关项目十余项，获省部级奖励3项，全国百优案例2篇，发表论文30余篇，软件著作权3项。主编和参编教材十余本，其中《电子商务技术基础》、《ERP原理与实践》系列教材，获北京市精品教材。

与国外多位教授进行合作研究与学生联合培养，包括协同环境中的风险与机会发现，协同网络组织建模与数据融合，数字化赋能案例研究与案例沙盒。在数字铁路、数字化教育、智能建造等领域，与中国多家软件企业及大型国企进行科研实践合作，进行企业管理软件的研发与应用创新研究，以及组织协同信息化模式及新技术应用研究。


[Professional Experience] Full Professor of Economics and Management School at the Beijing Jiaotong University. She is Director of the Experimental Teaching Center of Economics and Management Virtual Simulation. She is an Executive Member of the China Information Economics Society, and member of SOCOLNET – Society of Collaborative Networks. She has coordinated and participated in over ten national and provincial projects and published over 50 papers and books. Her main areas of research interests include digital transformation, intelligent collaborative organisation networks, human-AI collaboration, integration and governance of big data, etc.

教学工作

          主要从事信息系统开发和信息资源管理的教学和研究。承担本科生、研究生多门课程的讲授，包括：面向对象系统分析与设计、ERP原理与实践、信息资源整合、服务供应链管理与创新等课程。在中澳商学院承担管理信息系统、ERP项目管理、ERP实施、企业应用整合(EAI)等课程的全英文授课。
        主编和参编教材十余本，主编教材中3部为北京市精品教材，2部十一五规划教材，是国家级精品课程“ERP理论与实践”的主要成员。
